We often come across clients who are so eager to get their businesses off the ground and see out their dreams, they often don’t realise the work behind setting up a commercial tenancy, particularly when moving into a big shopping centre or similar organisation. Often there is a lot of work around planning and design, meeting building requirements and then having to go through all the approvals required by these organisations themselves.
