The front service counter, lit up by track lights showcases a range of Japanese whiskey and Sake on offer. The most challenging aspect of this build included the engineering and construction of ducting to service the numerous BBQ units inbuilt to the tables for customers to try their hand at cooking their own Japanese BBQ on real coal.
